Depending on your schedule and skill redoing your bathroom or kitchen you may need a few days to complete the job and not necessarily in one weekend so you'll need to drive and re-rent the saw on a couple of occasions. Without breaking the bank you can have a tile saw at your beckoning call when ever you need it when you have time to do more work on your project without running around finding an available one to rent.
