茄子 500g、甜梅菜 60g、青红椒 200g、姜 1汤匙、
食油 2汤匙、素蚝油 ½汤匙、糖 1茶匙、生抽 1茶匙、胡椒粉 ½茶匙、料酒 1茶匙、芝麻油 ½茶匙
