Sometimes the young learners need more drilling, for that purpose before going to start the main activity or game I have asked them to do this simple activity so that they will find it easy when we play the game since I want my student to be fluent. Since I had only 8 kids at that time so it took maximum 4 minutes of out 100. It might look simple or boring but effective they were focused and repeatedly saying the structure.
We are doing many things if you believe something is very effective and taking very little time then go for it to make sure you will have fun after that.
This activity is super fun with very young learners like 2/3 y old.
you can also improvise according to your class setup and content you teach.
