Dashcam footage Spytech/Viofo A119: Got cut off then brake checked

No comments about the music please :).

In the video it didn't seem like this was a bad cut-me-off incident, but it was closer than the video indicates. After this guy cut me off look at his side window. He anticipates me getting mad so he's acting all ghetto when he sees me mouth off (yes my music was ghetto but that was only because I didn't change the station as I'm usually actively scanning the stations between the sports channel and the news stations).

I'm on my way to work when this guy cuts me off. I didn't give him the finger or react (except for making a comment which can be heard on the video), but he probably was lip reading and didn't like what I said. I got brake checked a few seconds later. Not cool. I want to send this to his insurance agent, but don't know how to do this. Probably nothing I can do ...
