it has been a while.... no matter. We are back on the horse and taking you for a second run down on 'things to do in Katherine' in the Northern territory.
With a week off work, we wanted to spoil ourselves with a trip down to Katherine and stay in a Safari Tent @ Katherine Holiday park, Which you will need to watch to see our expressions!
We also booked a very highly recommended experience from the Katherine Tourist Board/ Tripadvisor to check our 'Marksie's Stockman's Camp Tucker Night'.

Checked out Katherine's low-level Nature Reserve and piled together a sweet cinematic clip for your eyeballs.
Watch Marksie 'brainwash' us, bringing us back to a local stockman camp in Katherine in the 1920s, and are fed Authentic Australian food. The campsite is so reminiscent of a Stockman's Camp complete with bush sounds and free-roaming wildlife!! See for yourself how friendly the animals are!

The food was also something else! starting fires at 5am for our dining pleasure at night shows the man's dedication to putting on a feast.
