IWWE had Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair exchange their women’s titles because of the WWE Draft. Becky Lynch was the Raw Women's Champion, and Charlotte Flair was the SmackDown Women's Champion. After the draft, WWE wanted each championship to stay with its brand, so they had the two women swap titles. This way, the Raw Women's Championship stayed on Raw, and the SmackDown Women's Championship stayed on SmackDown. It was part of the story and helped keep the titles with the right shows.
