Wood Processing on the Farm | Cutting, Splitting & Stacking

It's that time of year here on the farm. It's time to start splitting wood for next season and beyond.
We used a 27 ton Champion Log Splitter and it makes pretty short work of any bucked logs we throw at it - even the gnarly ones. This is also an unofficial review of the Champion 27 ton hydraulic log splitter.

My kids helped me with this project. This is very important to me as it teaches them patience, and the lost virtue of hard work we see in society all around us. They help me of their own accord and enjoyed every minute of it as did I. :)
