Rheem hybrid water heater
Replaced our starting-to-leak propane water heater with this Rheem hybrid water heater. It was $1249 from Home Depot, and our local electric company has a $250 rebate for installing a hybrid water heater, making the final cost $999 (not including taxes, obviously). After doing some simple usage estimates, it should pay for itself in about 3 years and then it's money in the bank for as long as it lasts after that.
