Don't make this mistake.

I made this mistake when I started my first business.

The good news is that the fix was simple.

As an entrepreneur, I used to think, "If I just get here, I'll make it and everything will get easier. I'll live this lavish lifestyle, and blah blah blah."

After my BBQ restaurant closed, I got some time to do some reflecting. During that, I read a book by Simon Sinek called, The Infinite Game.

The game of business is infinite. The last time I checked, people in Lexington, KY still eat BBQ. I realized that the old saying is true: "The journey is the reward."

So, you better find joy in what you’re doing every day.
