How To Cook White Asparagus – Asparagus with butter

Ingredients:

600 gr. white asparagus
sugar
salt
butter
Wash the white asparagus and cut off about 2cm at the end of the asparagus.
Boil the asparagus in the water for 10-12 min (not on high heat)
Serve with melted butter.

Remove the asparagus from the water and serve immediately.
