How to use small scraps adorned with embroidery in junk journals
I have been using some days in late August and September to learn embroidery and in fact, enhancing some little scraps with some of my newly learned hand stitching. With a size 18 tapestry needle and some aida cloth and muslin, I have been practicing. I also purchased a small book from Amazon titled: Hand Embroidery Stitches At-A-Glance: Carry-Along Reference Guide by Janice Vaine ISBN-10 : 1935726595 to help me along. Additionally, I found some safety pins around the house and have proceeded to incorporate them into tags that can be pinned into pages of junk journals. Join in the movement to do more hand embroidering on our projects and change up the look of journal tags.
