How to make Meteor Hammer - (DIY: Very robust, solid and durable practice hammer)

DIY on how to make a solid, adjustable weight/hardness practice meteor hammer that has the feel of a solid metal hammer - but nearly not as dangerous for your practice. You can still definitely get hurt spinning this if you smack yourself - but it's not NEARLY as dangeroud as spinning the "real thing"a 0,5kg metal ball.

This is very durable construct of a practice hammer, I highly recommend to try it if you are thinking of DIY practice meteor hammer/rope dart.

NOTE: These are not toys, even this kind of "practice" hammer has a tremendous impact force when spinned and shoot at full speed. Definitely more then I can punch with my fist, and I'm a pretty solid puncher.. I've done couple of crushing tests with this to 2x of short boards planks and they snapped like a twig even without a proper support behind the boards. If I had tried to punch my fist through those boards even with a solid support, I would have definitely hurt only my hand..
