CHEESY SHREDDED BEEF QUESA TACOS

What can go wrong???
-not seasoning your meat with enough salt can cause your meat to be bland if you are watching your salt intake I suggest you to use seasoning of your choice and black pepper 😊
-try not to add more than 10 cups of water, if you do add more spices 😉
‼️‼️Tip!!!Make sure your meat is at room temperature and pat dried before seasoning
🛑 -Covered Dutch Oven - Calphalon® Premier™ Hard-Anodized Nonstick 8.5 qt.
🛑-blender- Vitamix a3500
🛑- utensils are from Walmart 😉
🛑-comal is from calphalon
Ingredients:
Tortillas
Oaxaca cheese
1 tbsp oil to sear
4 lbs chuck tender roast
2 lbs Chamorro de res (beef shank) or any beef with bone ex; ribs
1 head garlic
1/2 onion
4 bay leaves
2 chile árbol
10 whole cloves
1 inch cinnamon
1 tsp whole cumin
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp whole black pepper( peppercorn)
2 tsp thyme
Salt
Salsa: is spicy 🥵 use 3-5 chiles for less spicy
10-13 chiles de árbol
1/2 chopped onion
1 bunch of chopped cilantro
4 roma tomatoes
2 garlic clove
1/4 tsp of oregano
Salt to your taste
1/2 cup of water
1 serving of love 💕
