Quayside Together, by Quayside Impact Limited Partnership
In March 2021, Waterfront Toronto launched an international competition to secure a development partner for the Quayside lands at the foot of Parliament Street and Lake Shore Boulevard East in Toronto. Dream Unlimited and Great Gulf Group (known as Quayside Impact Limited Partnership) and their team of world-class architects, and expert local partners were selected to develop this site into a complete community for residents and visitors to live, work and play. This video from the Quayside Impact team was included with their submission to Waterfront Toronto. Watch and listen as they describe their vision for this extraordinary community.
Waterfront Toronto and Quayside Impact Limited Partnership will next negotiate a project agreement. Negotiations are expected to be completed by fall 2022, at which time more information will be shared with the public as Waterfront Toronto and Dream and Great Gulf work to finalize the development plans. Like all projects, the development will be subject to municipal approvals, including development approvals, as well as review by the Waterfront Design Review Panel and public consultation.
