Bragioli (Beef Olives) | Maltese Food at La Valette Restaurant, Valletta | Jan Tom Yam
Bragioli is a typical Maltese dish. Also known as beef olives, which is a little confusing, because there are no olives involved. Bragioli consists of thinly sliced beef, wrapped around ground beef (and/or pork) with some tomato sauce and herbs. I simply love bragioli. This is one of my favorite Maltese foods.
