My new favorite exercise. Works the Abdominals and Obliques
Extend out over the bench parallel to the ground. Maintain position while rotating around the spinal axis.
Advanced:
increase weight and extend arms as straight as possible to increase difficulty.
Increasing abdominal strength is key to holding positions in the javelin and many other explosive movements.
