Master Mirror's first appearance and conversation with Geralt is way before Hearts of Stone. Gaunter O'Dimm helps Geralt in his search for Yennefer in the very beginning of the Wild Hunt storyline. If you aren't certain how this is, Gaunter O'Dimm is the main villain in Hearts of Stone Expansion of The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt.
