EP1 | Los Angeles and Disneyland | Travel Day | Flying to Los Angeles in Club World | December 2019

Hello you and welcome to our California series!

If you've never watched us before we are a couple of Disney vloggers from London, England.

On this trip we flew BA Club World from Heathrow to Los Angeles [LHR to LAX] for Christmas and we stayed at the BLVD Hotel & Suites in Hollywood for five nights before heading down to Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel in Disneyland, Anaheim, for four nights.

We got an amazing bargain using our companion voucher from our BA American Express credit card. The flights cost £900 in total. For both of us. Flying BA Business Class.

Who could say 'no' to that?

Whilst in Hollywood we went on a Universal Studios Hollywood VIP tour; visited the huge and incredible Funko Hollywood store; mooched around Warner Bros on their studio tour; went to the Disney Studio Store Hollywood in search of pins; as well as our usual supermarket fun. On this trip not only do we go to Target but we also go to Ralphs.

On our drive down to Disneyland we stopped off at the oldest working McDonald's in the world and then enjoyed 5 days of magic in the happiest place on earth: Disneyland.

We have been before but this is our first attempt at vlogging there.

You'll see our room tour of Paradise Pier Hotel and we'll take you into both Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure. We'll show you the merch on offer and the rides that we go on. As usual there will be lots of screams.

We usually film on a GoPro Hero 7 Black, but for this trip we have upgraded to the GoPro Hero 8 Black. Looking back at the footage there are a few things we need to adjust before our next trip, but hey, you live and learn!

This is our Travel Day! We take a taxi to Heathrow Terminal 5, and after a spot of brunch at Wagamama we head to the BA Galleries Lounge and sample to [more] food and drink before heading off to our Airbus 380 for the 12 hour flight to LAX.

We'll take you through the menu and show you what we have for dinner and afternoon snack.
In LAX, after we clear immigration using Global Entry, we pick up our cases and take the shuttle bus to Alamo where we pick up our rental car. It's raining in LA! The drive to Hollywood to he BLVD Hotel & Suites in the dark isn't much fun, but when we make it it's a room tour and then bed.

Tomorrow we are off the the Hollywood Funko store - and we are very excited.
Rightly so. You should see that place. In fact you will in the next episode!
