Hiking to the Summit of Fresno Dome | Sierra Vista Scenic Byway, California

Last weekend, Daniel and I decided to check the beautiful stops in the Sierra Vista Scenic Byway. Fresno Dome is one of the must-stops in the area, so we hiked to the top. Was it worth it? Yes!

The Fresno Dome trail is 1.6 miles long roundtrip. There is no water and no restroom along the path. The trail to the dome is quite rocky, but the footing isn't bad. When you get to the top, when you see the view, it is what makes all of the effort to get there worth it.

Due to the current pandemic, we have masks with us, but since we were the only ones there during the hike, we opted not to wear the masks.
