Day 1: Arrival Dubrovnik & City Wall Walk (UNESCO)
Day 2: Explore old town + panoramic view
Day 3: Island Hopping with Karaka ship
Day 4: Bus ride to Split
Day 5: Explore old town + Hvar
Day 6: Day trip to Salona Roman ruins, Kilis Fortress, Sea Organ in Zadar
Day 7: Day trip to Trogir (UNESCO), overnight train to Zagreb
Day 8: Explore Zagreb
Day 9: Day trip to Plitvice Lakes
Day 10: Going Home

Notes on hotels/transportations and costs:
1. Stay in Dubrovnik old town: Rooms Eden Old Town (3 nights for $580 CAD)

3. Overnight train to Zagreb: can't remember the exact cost, but we bought in the morning of that day and it was 50% off

5. One day rental car: $150 CAD
6. Plitvice Day Trip Bus Ticket from Zagreb: $37 CAD per person
