NRZ Stock Updates! Best REIT to BUY Right Now?

New Residential Investment (NRZ) recently increased their dividend 100% from .05 cent to .10 cent per share, per quarter. This may not seem like a lot compared to their past .50 cent dividend, but at their current share price, it's still a 6% yield.

NRZ announced their 2nd quarter earnings, which of course were substantially lower than last year, but they still beat expectations. NRZ has always been a popular REIT for a lot of investors, mainly because they've always produced a great dividend.

NRZ cut their dividend a lot to save capital to get through this pandemic and paid off a lot of dent. Although their share price dropped, their dividend is beginning to come back. NRZ also announced that more dividend increases were still coming this year.
