1. Guard your heart
a. Be teachable
b. Avoid perverse talk
c. Let your words be few
d. Meditate on the Word of God
e. There is no room for God while you are in pride.
f. God is never wrong.
g. Stay on solid ground
h. Stay in the Word
i. do not swerve from the hope we profess for He who promises is faithful
