Borneo's "Wild Men of the Forest"

Up close and personal at Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Ctr in Sabah, Malaysia on Borneo in 1993. It is one of only 4 places in the world where orangutans, can be found in the wild. The Bornean orangutan species, Pongo pygmaeus, are native to Borneo. Also includes the Proboscis monkeys in a tributary of the Kinabatangan River.
