How to Install Lowering Springs on Pontiac Vibe / Toyota Matrix

Finally got around to installing the lowering springs on my Vibe GT.
The springs installed were ST Suspension Techniques part #60492.
These springs are not made anymore for the Vibe or Matrix.

The advertised drop for the springs were 1.2" front and back. The car dropped about 3/4" in the front and 1" in the rear probably because the front struts were bad so the front was lower then when it was new.
