Samsung Gear 360 - Can you use it without a Samsung Phone - Settings on Camera vs Gear 360 Manager

A lot of you have asked me what can and cannot be done with the Samsung Gear 360 without a compatible Samsung Mobile Phone (i.e. using the Samsung Gear 360 Manager).
