In rural Ghana, a Community Health Officer (CHO) covers up to 5,000 people — alone. No specialist to call. No reliable internet. No real-time clinical support. When a child presents with fever and convulsions at a remote CHPS compound, the right triage decision must come from memory, training, and instinct.

Powered by Gemma 4 E2B — running entirely on a Samsung S24 Ultra with no internet connection — TriageMate gives Ghana's CHOs a WHO IMCI-grounded clinical AI partner at the point of care. Every feature in this demo was recorded in airplane mode.
