I have interviewed many talented artists througout my career; some are unforgiving self promoters,....others, introverted musical geniuses,...& there are those who bask in humility & the let the world watch them shine. Guitarist/songwriter, Grammy Award winner & my bro, Chris Perez is one of the latter. After 4-years I had the pleasure of reconnecting with the man to support many of the new endeavors that have blossomed for him as of late. And, while the LEGEND that is Selena will always be part of his history, many of us know there is much more that ecompasses Chris' heart with regards to his music & vision. So, on Saturday, May 16th, 2020 (after a 45min FB Live) - we STILL sat down for another hour long interview. But what many of his true fans will find endearing about this chat is that it reflects an imprudent & accessible side of him. There are some deep moments in here & yet, they flow seamlessly & transparent. Relationship are key & my hope is that our relationship benefits ALL of YOU, the fans.
