Tracks 1 to 9 were originally released as the album 'Smashed On A Knee' (DOG052CD / MR 052). Recorded by Jon Brunner 1992-'93 at Recordio Studios, Elwood and produced by John Nolan and originally remixed by Mike Mariconda.

Track 10 was recorded by Andy Turner and Warwick Brown at Greville Records, mid-1993, and mixed down by John Nolan. Lineup: Hemensley/Nolan/Ray. This cover was first issued on a four song 7 inch promo single that was given away with issue 16 of 'Lemon' fanzine, in 1993 (APP 008).

Tracks 11 and 12 were recorded by Robert 'Bo' Boehm at Phantom Tollbooth 1992. Lineup: Hemensley/Nolan/Ray/Sayers/Hibbert. First issued on the 'Yin Yang' CD single, which was released by Dog Meat Records during February 1993
