Encounter Power Affects Mass Outbreaks Appearing in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

The Pokémon Scarlet and Violet lets you hunt Shiny Pokemon via Mass Outbreak and I did a lot of testing to figure out how you can encounter power food to influence which mass outbreaks can spawn.
