Ingredients:-

1. মুরগীর মাংস ২ কেজি,( 2kg of Chicken.)
2.For marinat:- ১/২ কাপ দই এবং লবণ ১ টে:চামচ। (1/2 cup of yogurt and salt 1 tblsp.)
3. এখানে আমি পছন্দ মতো বাদাম , কিসমিস নিয়েছি।(Here I took nuts, raisins as I like.)
4. টক দই ১/২ কাপ।(1/2 cup of sour yogurt.)
5. পিয়াজ বেরেস্তা ১/২ কাপ।(Onion Beresta 1/2 cup.)
6. পোস্তদানা ২ টে:চামচ।(Poppy seeds 2 tbsp.)
7. সয়াবিন তেল ২টে:চামচ এবং বাটার ২টে:চামচ।(2 tbsp cooking oil and 2 tbsp butter.)
8. এলাচ, দারচিনি, কালো এলাচ, তেজপাতা, জয়ফল, জয়ত্রি, গোল মরিচের গুরা,লং।
(Cardamom, cinnamon, black cardamom,
bay leaf, nutmeg, jaggery, chilli powder, long.)
9. পিয়াজ কুচি ১/২ কাপ।(1/2 cup chopped onion.)
10. ১/২ কাপ পিয়াজ বাটা এবং কাঁচা মরিচ একসাথে ব্লেন্ড করে নিয়েছি।
(I have blended 1/2 cup onion paste and green chillies together.)
11. লবন স্বাদমতো। (Salt to taste.)
12. আদা এবং রসুন বাটা ২-৩ টে:চামচ। (Ginger and garlic paste 2-3 tblsp.)
13. ধনেগুরা ২টে:চামচ, মরিচের গুরা ১ টে:চামচ।
(2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder.)
14. জয়ফল জয়ত্রি ১/২ চা চামচ।(Nutmeg, mace powder 1/2 teaspoon.)
15. ফুল ক্রিম দুধ ১/২ কাপ। (Full cream milk 1/2 cup.)
16. কাঁচা মরিচ স্বাদমতো।(green chilli to taste.)
17. ক্রিম ২ টে: চামচ।(Cream 2 tbsp.)
18. চিনি ১টে: চামচ।(Suger 1 tblsp.)
19. কেওড়া জল ১টে:চামচ। (Kewra water 1 tblsp.)
