Black History Month at Abyssinian — A Month to Remember. ✊🏾

All month long, we celebrated our story, our faith, and our future at Abyssinian Baptist Church.
From powerful Black History Moments presented by our children and youth… to the rhythm of African dance and sacred drum traditions… to soul-stirring song tributes that honored the legacy of our ancestors.

We were enriched by dynamic guest speakers who challenged and inspired us. We entered sacred reflection during our inaugural Ash Wednesday service, grounding our history in faith and purpose.
And we closed in excellence with HBCU Sunday — lifting up legacy, leadership, and the next generation of Black brilliance.

Black history is not confined to a month — it lives in our worship, our witness, and our walk every single day.
