Challenging Uterus Removal Surgery Due to Fibroids, Adenomyosis, and Adhesions

We talk about a patient, 35 years old, who had a combination of fibroids, adenomyosis, and adhesions around the uterus. The medical treatment failed, so we had to remove the uterus. Due to previous caesarean sections, the uterus was also stuck to the stomach, making the surgery difficult. However, we were able to preserve the patient's ovaries, so their hormones can still be produced. Now the patient will get relief.
