MCCLUSKIEGANJ ||JHARKHAND ||WEEKEND TOUR

On the Chhotonagpur Plateau, barely 60 KM From Ranchi the capital of State Jharkhand, lies the idyllic hamlet Mccluskieganj. Once a Basti of the Anglo-Indian Community, The place is known as Lapra or Ganj among the residents.
If you are driving to gateway, take the road to Daltonganj from Ranchi ,Bijupara is about 36KM down the road, From Bijupara turn right to Khalarai. A short drive of 13KM will get you to Small village called Chama. Take left and drive 12km To Mccluskieganj(nearly take 2 hours from Ranchi).
Nearest railstation is Mccluskieganj ,Catch Shaktipunj Express which leaves Howrah Station at 2.30 AM and the other option is taking a overnight train from Howrah to Ranchi. You can also fly to Ranchi, then hire a car or auto to Mccluskieganj it will take nearly 2 hours.the road condition is good.
Best season is winter and rainy.
