Big Baby Yoda Soap Mold / Casting Castile Soap into Fun Shapes :)

3D printing a larger "Baby Yoda" soap mold for casting castile soap made of olive oil, water & sodium hydroxide + essential oils & pigments.

Molds make fun soap shapes that anyone can enjoy more than a plain rectangular bar // DIY fun projects with 3D printing :)

Plastic filament fusion or FDM fused deposition modeling similar to a hot glue gun, while the movement controlled by stepper motors driven by driver board running g-code created by slicer program from 3D computer model. Entirely math centric computational digital information processing on the hardware merging with the artistic creative aspect of 3D design & artistic creation on CAD & design software.

Objects created with traditional methods can be scanned with 3D laser scanners & optical differential photogrammetry to create a 3D computer model from which a 3D printing can created in the likeness of the original object scanned. People like to scan other people, animals, plants & other objects, as designing these things from scratch on a computer requires a substantial investment of 3D design time in special software that requires extensive training to use with fluidity to facilitate fast model making //

Cool online repositories like Thingiverse contain models STL & 3DMF files created by other people that you can download & print. This soap mold not my design, something I downloaded from Thingiverse. This video just documenting my printing of the molds :) Cheers
