How to fix leaking / faulty hot water heater temperature relief valve

In this video i will show you how to replace a faulty hot water tank / system temperature relief and pressure valve. This will save you a lot of money and can be done easily with basic tools. My system was fairly new however it would drip water constantly outside my house from the relief valve and thats what gave it away as the seal inside was damaged.
