How to be monetize after Reused Content

When you go under review for the second time around is much more harder than the first time. First review it will always be computerised but on the second time around will be crucial its gonna be and officer who will check how much you put effort into your channel.
My Story:
It toke me 3 months to gain my watch hours and less than 2 weeks when I got all my banana. BUt the unfortunate come in my way when I was under review it got denied from my reused content and repetitive video. And for that reason I've waited another month tilI I was able to reapply again. But before 1 month arrived for the application I deleted all the videos what is consider to be repetitive and reused content. And I reapply after one month I've waited and then toke another 1 month under review before got monenitized again. Here's the 7 ways I've done before I got monetized.

1. Description - I put a long description in my video content and livestream.Describing the video what is all about.

2. Channel Description - what is your channel all about a bit longer to show some interest of your vlogging

3.Thumbnail- Making thumbnail for my video content meaning arts and craft showing an effort you put in to it. we mean a really vlogger.

4.Title- Changing most of the titlles of my content that is almost similar words.

5. Hide all the livestream except 2 recent ones I keep it on public.

6.Hide the video that always pause when played.

7.Removed tags on all my video.

After doing all this 7 ways then send a feedback with the screenshots of your monetization Page with the Watch hours and Subs. And write as follows:

Hi Youtube Team,

I have been under review for monetization since _____. I well over the required watch time and subscriber counts. Please let me know if everything is OK or who I can get in touch with to move my application forward.
URL: your channel link and include screenshots
