Toor Dal Fry :
1. Toor Dal / Tur Dal - 1 Cup
2. Tamatar
3. Hari mirch
4. Haldi powder
Wash and soak the dal for 30.mins in a cooker add the soaked Dal , water , turmeric powder
Water - 2-3 cups depending upon the dal
Turmeric powder- 1-2tsp
Salt- as per taste
Pressure cook with 2 low and 3 medium whistle
Once done let it cool.
FOR TEH TADKA :-
1. Oil -3-4 tbsp
2. Jeera - 3tbsp
3. kadi patta
4. Rai - 1 tbsp
5. Garlic - 3-4tbsp
6. Tomato - 1-2
7. Salt
8. Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
RECIPE :
1. Wash and soak (30mins) toor dal,
2. In a cooker add the soaked dal, Turmeric powder, and water.
3. Pressure cook it with 2- low and 3- high whistle.
4. In a run away add Oil, Rai, Jeera, garlic, kadi patta.
5. Saute till golden brown, once done
6. Next let it saute about 5-6 mins on a low flame.
7. Add Salt,
8. Add the boiled dal, lots and lots of corriender leaves.
SERVEING;-
1. Serve this hot with Jeera Rice.
