My Families Favorite Recipe!

My friend would make this banana bread all the time and it was my families favorite treat! She gave me the recipe and I don't know why I don't make it more! It's so good! I hope you give it a try! Have a wonderful day!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread:
1/2 cup butter room temp
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup bananas mashed
-stir all together
-then add
1 3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
3/4 cup semi- sweet chocolate chips
-Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans
-Bake at 325 degrees for about 40-50 minutes or until tester comes out clean
-Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then remove to a rack to cook completely
-When cool drizzle with glaze

Glaze:
1/2 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons butter
-Heat ziplock in microwave for 35-40 seconds
-Snip off corner or bag, then drizzle over top of bread
