Imposter Syndrome Strategies

It is no fun experiencing imposter syndrome. The good news is, what you have to say is valuable and will help someone. Here are some ways that I help myself feel worthy of talking about topics.

-yoga, breath work, meditation
-realizing I can enjoy myself, not just tolerate the task, even if I am hesitant
-positive visualization of myself in the situation
-feel prepared with my content
-know that there will always be people who know more (and less) than me
-know that what I have to say is valuable, because I have a unique perspective
