My thoughts on this recipe? I think it is a good recipe, however if I make it again, I will do some tweaks. I would add in a few tablespoons to maybe even a quarter of a cup of milk in with the flour, as it was very dry and hard to mix. Then I'd add the remaining milk after all the flour and dry ingredients are mixed in. Other than that, I really like this recipe and it tastes great! 4 out of 5 stars from me.
