150-200g Plain yoghurt
1 Cup of Self-Raising Flour

Optional:
1/4 cup of white granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
Timings may vary depending on the type of flour you are using allowing the doughnuts to cook in 3-6 minutes! Enjoy

This recipe can be enjoyed as a plain doughnut or you can add a little sugar to add extra sweetness....
