Zika Virus एक Viral Infection है जो Aedes Mosquito Bite से Transmission होता है। जब यह Virus होता है इसके लक्षण 7-8 दिन बाद नज़र आते है।

Zika Virus होने पर कुछ लक्षण नजर आते है के Fever आना, बदन दर्द होना, सर दर्द होना इसके साथ ही Rashes होना। कभी यह Symptoms Mild होते हैं और कभी यह Severe भी हो सकते है।

यह Zika Virus Infection First Trimester में होता है तो उससे बच्चे पर गहरा असर होता हैं। Baby के Brain Development ठीक से नही होती जिससे Baby का Brain छोटी रहा जाता है। इस Condition को Microcephaly कहते है। Baby का Hearing Loss हो सकता है। कई बार Baby को Congenital Zika Syndrome हो सकता है। यानी सारे Problems Baby में दिखाई देते है। Brain का छोटा रहा जान, सुनाई न देना Growth Problem होना।

Zika Virus जब Second Trimester में होता है तो Brain Development पर गहरा असर होता हैं। पहले तिमाही में Maximum होता है यह Virus लेकिन दूसरे तिमाही में Milder हो जाता है।

तीसरे तिमाही में Zika का Infection से बच्चे की Growth कम होती है। Baby को Intelectual Delay होने के Chances होते है। इसलिए Zika का Infection Pregnancy में होने से बच्चे के खतरा हो सकता हैं।

Zika Virus के लिए RT PCR Test होता है। यह Test Urine और Blood द्वारा किया जाता है। Zika Virus के लिए Immunity Strong होना जरूरी है। जितनी ज्यादा Immunity Strong होती हैं उतने जल्दी Recovery के Chances होते है।

Aedes Mosquito Bite से यह Zika Virus का Transmission होता है। लेकिन यह Sexually भी Transmitted होता है। यह Zika Virus Semen के जरीए Transmission होता है। जब Male Partner को Zika Virus होता है और उसके ठीक होने के बाद यह Semen में 6 Month तक रहता है। और यह Virus के Through Infect कर सकता है। इसलिए जब आपके Partner को Zika Virus हो तो Contraception जैसे Condom का इस्तेमाल करें।

Zika Virus का कोई Vaccine Available नहीं है, और उसकी Antiviral Treatment Available नहीं है। और डॉक्टर फिलहाल इसके Symptoms का इलाज़ करते हैं। उसके अलावा इस बचने के लिए अपने आप को Hydrate रखे। Heal Diet लीजिए। जिससे आपके Immune System Strong हो और इस Virus से Fight कर सके। अपने Diet के Citrus Fruits का सेवन करें। इसके अलावा अपने Doors और Windows पर Mosquito Net लगाए ताकि Zika Virus के जो Aedes Mosquito आपको Bite ना कर सके। गंदगी से दूर रहे।
