First Full Groom Cockapoo Teddy Bear Clip

In this short version of a cockapoo teddy groom, watch a five month old puppy experience her very first full groom. See how well she behaved, and how sleepy and sweet she is for me on the table!

If you would like a longer version with a voice over as a tutorial, stay tuned and in a few days I will publish this groom in full with instructions on how I was able to take this inexperienced puppy and convince her to cooperate with me for a 40 min groom.

Humanity (and your sanity) over vanity, never sacrifice a pleasant experience for perfection. This little love did not have a perfectly balanced, smooth clip as a first ever groom, but it is a worthy trade-off to give her a very positive experience that did not last so long or result in any heavy handed techniques.

One of the benefits of grooming at home is the ability to take as much time as you need! You also get to make the decision when to stop, when good enough is achieved and when its time to let an antsy pupper down to play or have a potty break.
