How to Backup, Restore & Transfer Game Save Files on Quest 3/Quest 2 (Guide)

In this guide I'll show you how to easily and quickly backup and restore Quest game saved files locally or to the cloud using Meta Quest 3, Quest 2 or Quest Pro VR headsets. Useful if you want to make a local backup or transfer your game save files from Oculus Q2 to Q3 or Quest Pro, or before factory reset or when buying a new headset. We'll be using official cloud backup option, and ones that uses File Explorer and SideQuest app using File Explorer and ADB commands to accomplish the task. I'll show you where to find the folder location where games and apps are saved to so you can access is directly if needed and copy the files to your PC.
