Omang? - Cape Minstrel Carnival

The Muller family of Silvertown on the Cape Flats lives for this, their annual cultural event. We follow the family with their preparations and march on the big day of celebrations – ‘tweede nuwe jaar’ - the 2nd of January. Series produced and directed by Bjorn Rudner for the Media Peace Centre and funded by the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund.
