Derek Chauvin's Defense Attorney Wants to Impeach Verdict

In less than two weeks, former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin will be sentenced for the murder of George Floyd. On June 25, Judge Peter Cahill will announce how much time Chauvin will spend behind bars for his state conviction. His defense attorney Eric Nelson is seeking a new trial, and in an unusual move, he wants to impeach the verdict. BNC Legal Expert Candace Kelley joins "Start Your Day" with Sharon Reed to discuss the upcoming sentence. Kelley says impeaching a verdict means investigating the jury, citing two jurors.
