Does motorhome length matter??

HOW LONG IS TOO LONG? 🤔

If you’ve found the perfect campervan or motorhome layout but you’re worried the vehicle is too long, ask yourself:

- will it fit into normal campsite parking (most allow up to 8m without issue)
- will it fit into Aires if you’re going to be touring in Europe?
- is it too long for wild camping?
- what about parking during the day, such as in towns or supermarkets? (Anything over 6m is going to need extra room anyway)

Of course, longer vehicles cost more on ferries or the Tunnel, but if it’s the perfect van layout for you don’t let that worry you.
