In today’s #BehindTheBraids vlog, you'll watch us foster 2 adorable rescue dogs, the family celebrating the 4th of July, and Brooklyn goes camping with her best friend... and PIGS? 🤔

Kamri has been begging me to foster puppies from an #animalshelter for the longest time! I’ve always been a little hesitant because I know how much work dogs can be, especially considering that we already have 2 of our own! I decided to give it a shot, and we found a local rescue who had 2 dogs that needed a temporary, foster home before finding these pups their forever home!

This organization specializes in rescuing dogs from high kill shelters, so obviously the dogs that we ended up with did not already have names! Rylan decided on the names Milo for the boy, and Mazie for the girl. It’s a good thing they’re so cute 🙈 Learn from my mistakes, you guys! If you’re going to foster, check out the flea/tick situation before letting them in your house! 😅Thankfully, we got it all sorted out, and now they’re feeling much better!

You’ll also see our entire family celebrating the #4thOfJuly! This is my absolute favorite holiday, and I just LOVE the fireworks, good food, and all of the festivities put on by the town! 🇺🇸 We love the parade on our town square, and you saw all of our outfits… our family really goes all out for the 4th! 🤗
