How to write the perfect Progress, H and P, SOAP note for Nurse Practitioner beginners| Fromcnatonp

Writing the perfect progress note/H and P note (SOAP NOTE) can be very overwhelming for us beginner Nurse Practitioner, this is one area I struggled with when I was a new Nurse Practitioner.

In todays video I am showing you guys how I typically write my progress notes in the long term care facility. I typically work in SNF/nursing homes. When I work in the hospital I can click a button and get a template that the hospital has generated within the software that they use but its typically similar the format is always in the SOAP note format.
