Writing Techniques That I HATE (mostly, except sometimes, probably)

I've just about had it up to HERE with these writing techniques (except when they're used in very specific ways that I will spend most of this video explaining in detail).

...editting this made me painfully aware that in a video where i try to lay down the law i spend 90% of the time talking about exceptions to it... also did i really just compare the writing of a debut author (whose name I couldn't even get right) to that of Homer and a Nobel Prize winner?? oh dear. feel free to point out any other unfair silliness on display! 🙏
